We’re looking for someone who has: ✅ Proven leadership experience – The ability to motivate, guide, and support a team in a high-energy customer environment ✅ A customer-first mindset – Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating lasting memories ✅ Operational expertise – Hands-on experience in smooth-running daily operations, budgeting, and performance tracking ✅ Strong communication skills – Confident in interacting with guests, resolving issues, and fostering teamwork ✅ A hands-on attitude – Willing to lead by example, roll up your sleeves, and take initiative ✅ Commercial awareness – Familiarity with KPIs, cost control, and strategies to boost performance ✅ Adaptability & resilience – Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems creatively ✅ Team development skills – Experience in coaching, giving feedback, and building a cohesive, motivated workforce
