- Support the Store Manager in driving results.
- Develop your team to ensure the store delivers premium JD standards daily.
- Step up, lead with confidence, and shape a high-performing team in a fast-paced, world-class environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving Performance
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Actively contribute to the store’s financial success and growth.
Leading a Team
- Motivate, guide and uplift team members on the shop floor.
- Allocate tasks efficiently, maintain high-level service delivery, and ensure adherence to JD standards.
- Offer real-time coaching and reinforce store priorities alongside the Store Manager.
Operational Excellence
- Uphold presentation standards, pricing accuracy, tidy displays, and a safe working environment.
- Carry out core tasks such as cash handling, till checks, deliveries, stock audits, and opening/closing routines — raising any issues promptly.
Required Experience and Skills
- Retail leadership experience: Proven ability in Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor roles, showcasing readiness to support leadership.
- Leadership skills: Ability to guide, develop, motivate staff and reinforce store goals effectively.
- Commercial acumen: Strong ability to interpret sales data and KPIs to drive performance.
- Top-tier communication: Strong interpersonal skills to support colleagues and ensure professional customer interactions.
- Retail expertise: Track record of leading teams toward KPI success in a fast-paced environment.
