Assistant Manager – Fast-Paced QSR Brand
Location: Stevenage
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus
Are you an ambitious hospitality leader looking for your next step with a fast-growing, high-performing food brand?
We are partnering with an exciting, premium QSR operator known for delivering exceptional food quality, outstanding customer experiences, and strong operational standards. We are looking for a commercially driven Assistant Manager to join their Stevenage team and play a key role in supporting restaurant performance, developing people, and delivering profitable growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, people, and service, while also understanding the commercial drivers behind a successful restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help maximise sales, improve profitability, and ensure strong control across all key financial and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in leading and developing a high-performing restaurant team.
- Drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Support ownership of key commercial metrics, including labour, food costs, waste, and overall P&L performance.
- Review performance data and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high standards.
- Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, service, safety, and compliance.
- Support training, onboarding, operational improvements, and business initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Supervisor within QSR, fast casual, or high-volume hospitality.
- A commercially minded operator with an understanding of P&L, cost control, labour management, and bottom-line performance.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the operation and developing their team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-led decisions.
- A passion for delivering great food, great service, and memorable guest experiences.
- The ambition and drive to progress within a growing organisation.
