About the Role
As an Assistant Manager ready to progress as Store Manager, you will take ownership of a multi-million-pound store, continually evolving alongside our fast-paced retail industry.
You will work in a high-energy environment—handling constant deliveries, balancing store operations, and ensuring a calm yet vibrant atmosphere for customers and staff alike. With each shift presenting new challenges, your leadership ability will be instrumental in driving results, developing teams, and pushing commercial targets further.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance with a visionary commercial approach, adapting to changing business needs and market trends.
- Ensure the store follows company policies and operational standards at every level.
- Facilitate effective payroll control and cost management to enhance profitability.
- Lead merchandising and sales strategies to boost store efficiency and customer engagement.
- Build and develop your team’s talent, fostering collaboration and maintaining high productivity.
- Strengthen business partnerships that support store development and growth.
- Recruit, engage and retain a passionate and motivated team.
- Commit to continuous development, personally and team-wide.
- Manage key commercial performance indicators, including:
- Sales performance
- Customer service standards
- Store compliance
- Associate retention and absence rates.
