Assistant Manager

This exciting role will see you work in an inspiring part of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.

Requirements

  • Taking the helm when the General Manager is away, you motivate team members to deliver their best and ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Creating a warm welcome to guests comes naturally to you, making every first impression count to ensure experiences delight from the get-go.
  • Keeping a watchful eye over customer feedback means your team is always adapting to maintain high standards and improve where necessary.
  • You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full team including Front and Back of House during peak times.
  • You oversee the consistent production of a quality food offering and recognise the importance of the Kitchen Team.
  • Having a wealth of experience in a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
  • A keen eye for detail means you keep all admin and cash management systems ticking along as they should, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
  • You know health and safety regulations like the back of your hand.
  • Team members see you as an inspiring role model and know they can depend on you for support and development.
  • You take pride and responsibility for your own development, with an eye towards becoming a General Manager one day.
