Assistant Manager – Greene King Pubs

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. Leading by example, you’ll make sure our customers and teams have a great time from the moment you step through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the business in their absence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by bringing our brand to life through outstanding team performance.
  • Act as a role model and train and develop team members.
  • Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
