About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager of Social & Digital to join Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Support the day-to-day execution of social media activity across Signature restaurant concepts, ensuring content is consistent, timely and reflective of each outlet’s identity. Create and coordinate engaging social content that captures the atmosphere, energy and details of each restaurant to inspire guest interest. Assist with F&B-led content calendars, ensuring launches, activations, events and seasonal moments are planned and visible across relevant channels. Support community management by engaging with audiences, monitoring interactions and maintaining a responsive, guest-focused digital presence. Translate marketing, PR and on-site moments into on-brand social content that supports restaurant storytelling and platform relevance. Track engagement and content performance, contributing insight that helps improve execution, visibility and demand for the dining concepts.

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
4–6 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content execution, ideally within luxury hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle brands. Hands-on experience creating, scheduling and managing social content across major platforms. Good understanding of community management, platform trends, audience behaviour and content formats. Experience supporting content calendars, campaigns or activations in fast-paced, brand-led environments. Creative, organised and commercially aware, with an understanding of how social content supports restaurant visibility and guest interest.
