Senior Assistant Manager – Inn By The Sea

Your Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Support the General Manager—help run the business day-to-day and step in as Duty Manager when needed.
- Train and inspire your team with strong communication skills, ensuring every guest leaves gratified by our food, drink, and overall experience.
- Lead by example—develop your team, fostering a welcoming and supportive work environment.
- Drive exceptional guest moments that encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty to our brand.
