Key Responsibilities
- Use your management experience to support the General Manager in running the business smoothly, stepping in as Duty Manager when needed.
- Train and inspire your team, fostering growth to ensure top-tier food, drink, and service—no guest sees anything but excellence.
- Set the standard as a role model and mentor, guiding your team to professional and personal success.
- Lead initiatives that WOW guests, making every visit unforgettable and encouraging repeat business.
