Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager – Hexham (Full Time, 37.5 hours per week)

Purpose of the Role
- Drive consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs, and other areas of success.
- Assist in recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing the team.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
- Create a shopping experience that consistently delights customers.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by showcasing passion for the product and brand.
- Provide accurate, knowledge-rich customer service, including product features, benefits, and stock details.
- Promote our multi-channel shopping options for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Ensure an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
- Process sales transactions with care and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Exude flexibility to meet the store’s operational demands.
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Retail experience (preferably in fashion).
