ASSISTANT MANAGER – YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be the calm, capable, and inspiring leader who keeps the team aligned, standards high, and Sunny Service shining.

  • Operational Support

    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage staff scheduling, stock control, and administrative tasks
    • Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless operations and positive morale
  • Customer & People Leadership

    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism
    • Foster a high-energy, sales-driven culture while maintaining outstanding service standards
    • Lead staff training, development, and task delegation to boost team efficiency

  • Sales & Delivery Excellence

    • Uphold drink quality, allergen compliance, and product presentation standards
    • Drive sales efforts to meet store budget goals
    • Maintain a clean, efficient store environment and operational equipment
  • Financial & Regulatory Responsibilities

    • Assist with cash handling, end-of-day finances, and stock management
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Flexible Support

    • Complete additional company-assigned tasks as needed
