Assistant Manager (£31,800 per annum + tronc and benefits)
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in organising, planning, and managing the restaurant—helping to coordinate day-to-day operations. You’ll thrive as a greyhound leader, driving team development, and bring your passion to every challenge.

When the General Manager is absent, you’ll step into their shoes—leading shifts', overseeing teams, and delivering exceptional feedback. You’ll be the face of Zizzi’s unmatched customer experience, coaching your team to embody our legendary values.
