Assistant Manager
Location: Zizzi restaurants Salary: Starting from £31,800 per annum plus trade tip (tronc) and benefits

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to organise, plan and run the business. This isn’t just about managing day-to-day operations—it’s about leading your team with passion and helping everyone to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Step into the General Manager role when they’re away: run shifts, motivate your team, and deliver outstanding feedback to bring to life Zizzi’s culture and values.
- Drive our exceptional customer service—helping the team live and breathe our promises.
- Become the ultimate Zizzi expert: knowledgeable about our menu, high standards, and quality. Only perfect plates leave the kitchen!
- Support the General Manager in hitting financial targets, delivering results, and maintaining strong business performance.
- Keep the restaurant Looking Fabulous—staying on top of standards from food quality to customer experience.
