Assistant Manager – Starting Salary: £31,800 per annum, tronc, and benefits
About the Role
As Assistant Manager，you’ll support the General Manager in organising, planning, and running the business. You’ll be a dynamic leader, helping to develop the team while staying passionate about the role. Key responsibilities include co-ordinating daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service，coaching team members，and ensuring operational excellence across all areas.
