Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front: Run shifts independently in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Exceptional customer service: Set and uphold high standards for guest experience, delegating team tasks effectively.
  • Powerhouse brand ambassador: Act as a role model for corporate values – showcasing Ole & Steen’s Danish heritage, warmth, and high standards in every interaction.
  • Achieve targets: Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and hit KPIs, adapting to marketing promotions seamlessly.
  • Shift management excellence:
    • Deliver flawless shift handovers, reviewing performance daily.
    • Ensure a structured approach with clearly documented action plans.
  • Personal & team appearance: Maintain a sterile bakery environment (hygiene standards) and enforce brand dress codes for you and the team.
  • Uplift others: Mentor new hires and nurture talent through focused training, coaching, and performance reviews as part of developmental growth.
  • Own operational tasks: Open & close stores properly, including all closing routines and branding compliance.
