Assistant Manager, Value Creation

Interpath London, United Kingdom

Interpath is an international and fast-growing advisory business with deep expertise across deals, advisory, and restructuring. We deliver tangible results for global businesses, investors, and stakeholders when complex problems arise—whether dealing with transactions, transformations, or performance challenges.

Agile, independent, and conflict-free, we are defined by our passion for doing what’s right, always. Our diverse teams combine specialist technical knowledge with deep sector experience across spesialisms including value creation, turnaround & performance improvement, operational deal services, and IT & procurement transformation.

Since our founding in 2021, Interpath has grown rapidly, with offices in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and South Africa. Our goal is to become one of the world’s leading advisory firms by 2030.

About the Role

Joining the Value Creation team means working with a volatile range of public and private sector organisations, from listed corporates and private equity firms to multinational businesses, government bodies, and entities in complex transformation programs.

Our clients secure our services for one shared objective: improving performance and creating sustainable value. We achieve this through:

  • Data-driven insights that identify clear, evidence-based solutions.
  • Actionable strategies that deliver measurable improvement.
  • Flexible, collaborative approaches—supporting client needs whenever and wherever required (including occasional UK and international travel).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
