Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager – Community Pub (Greene King)
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub while leading by example to provide unforgettable experiences for our customers and teams.
About the Role
Join us at Greene King pubs, where we’re the heartbeat of local communities—where people come together for good times, great food, events, or just a relaxed catch-up with friends. As Assistant Manager, you’ll champion our brand standards while supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations and stepping up when needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in managing the pub’s operations and taking charge in their absence.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that bring our brand to life.
- Act as a role model for the team, mentoring staff and overseeing their training and development.
- Uphold safety standards for both customers and team members.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all aspects of the pub’s activity.
