About the Role
As Assistant Manager at Browns Manchester, you’ll leverage your experience to support the General Manager in leading your team towards success. Your passion and drive will inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while mentoring each individual to become their best.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including stepping in as Duty Manager when required.
- Utilise your communication skills to train and inspire staff to consistently deliver princpaling food, drink, and exceptional service—ensuring everyone is proud of their work.
- Serve as a role model and guide for team development, fostering growth and professionalism.
- Lead the team in creating memorable guest experiences, ensuring satisfaction that drives repeat business.
- Foster a culture where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive individually and collectively.
