Assistant Manager – Woolwich
About the Role
Location: Woolwich Hours per Week: 39 hours Shift Pattern: Full-time – flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (negotiated at interview) Salary: £32,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme

The ideal Assistant Manager will create a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment for all store teams. You’ll inspire your colleagues to deliver exceptional results, develop their skills further, and get involved with the local community.

Requirements
- 1+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong delegation skills to drive results efficiently.
- Ability to structure routines and identify opportunities to boost sales performance.
