Company Description
Dains is a leading UK accountancy and business advisory firm, providing a wide range of services to businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals. Through our Business Recovery team, we support businesses and stakeholders facing financial challenges, delivering practical solutions and expert advice across insolvency and restructuring engagements. As we continue to grow our presence in Scotland, we are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Insolvency Manager to join our Glasgow office and play a key role in the development of our Business Recovery team.
Role Description
This full-time, hybrid role (based in Glasgow with some work-from-home flexibility) is suitable for someone with insolvency experience in corporate, however, a suitably experienced personal insolvency individual would be considered. You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments while supporting the growth of the Business Recovery service offering across Glasgow and the wider Scottish market. You will work closely with Directors and Partners, providing technical expertise, managing key stakeholder relationships and contributing to business development activity.

Qualifications
- Significant experience within corporate insolvency and restructuring preferred.
- Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of insolvency cases independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and processes.
- Experience leading, developing and mentoring teams.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
