Assistant Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about marketing, culture, events, and partnerships? As Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll support the planning and delivery of art'otel London's vibrant art'beat cultural programme, helping to drive marketing, PR and partnership activity across the iconic 5 star art’otel Battersea and lifestyle cluster.

Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys art'otel London Battersea Power Station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PR & Marketing Manager – art’otel UK, and the art’otel Battersea team members in planning, coordinating, and delivering the hotels art’beat cultural programme calendar of events, including Gallery and auditorium events.
  • Identify and develop partnership and collaboration opportunities.
  • Create and schedule content across social media, CRM and other marketing channels.
  • Support PR campaigns, marketing initiatives, activations and content shoots.
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance.
  • Maintain website content and support wider brand communications.
  • Coordinate, support and assist with photoshoots, filming and/or various other content shoots.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Actively participate in partner meetings where required and communicate region’s messaging to stakeholders.
  • Providing overall support where/when required to the Hotels, PPHE and Regional Teams as and when required.
  • Support Restaurant & Bar marketing activity and ongoing hotel activations.

About You

  • Experience in general marketing, PR, or content creation.
  • Hospitality, lifestyle, arts or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive and passionate about delivering engaging experiences.
