Club L London is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our fast-paced, fashion-forward team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with merchandising experience who’s looking to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Roles and Responsibilities Intake Management: Oversee the critical path, ensuring all styles are in on time and lateness is flagged, to ensure optimal availability and all collection launches are on time Manage and oversee the MAA on the Delivery Schedule: communicating with suppliers/production, chasing intake & making commercial decisions Trading: Review & identify rebuys on newness & bestsellers weekly Update & forecast line cards, proposing actions Review seasonal markdowns Analysis: Updating Monday Trade reporting & WSSI Analyse weekly reports to provide trade commentary and actions to the Merchandiser Review Daily Sales, suggesting actions to drive performance Sizing analysis for Newness & Rebuys Assisting Merchandiser with seasonal Lessons Learnt analysis Ad hoc analysis to support the Merchandiser Other: Support our Merchandising Admin Assistants with any administrative tasks and develop their skill set where needed Manage day to day workload of Merchandising Admin Assistants Establish strong working relationships with Production, Warehouse, Garment Tech, Design & Suppliers More about you Previous experience in merchandising or a stock management role ideally within retail Excellent organisation skills with strong ability to analyse data and make informed decisions Strong excel skills with a high level of numeracy and attention to detail Strong communicator with the confidence to liaise with team members across the business at all levels Quick to identify issues and have good initiative to provide appropriate solutions. Commercial mindset with strong knowledge of the importance of how stock impacts sales.
