What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will be confident working with data to support key business decisions:
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment — proactively setting goals, managing priorities, and taking ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills highly desirable (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
- A passion for merchandising and fashion, with a good understanding of the industry and competitors
- Experience as a Senior MAA looking to progress to the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your analytical abilities will be key to driving commercial success. You will:

- Assist the Merchandiser with accurate stock planning, replenishment, delivery schedules, store rollouts, and store portfolio management
- Maintain and update the WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake), using data to track performance, identify patterns, and propose actionable insights
- Prepare and present Monday trade packs, using analytics to support trading decisions and highlight key themes
- Support the merchandiser with seasonal planning and conduct both regular and ad hoc analysis to inform strategy
- Create markdown proposals based on sales and stock performance, and clearly communicate the rationale to the wider team
- Contribute innovative, data-driven ideas to improve merchandising effectiveness and overall performance
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
