£30,000 + Benefits + Hybrid

We are partnering with a well-established and recognised brand to recruit an Assistant Merchandiser. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Merchandising team, where you will support the delivery of strong commercial performance. You'll play a key role in optimising stock availability, maximising sales and margin, and ensuring effective stock management through detailed analysis, forecasting and planning.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage Line Cards and OTB
  • Monitor products each week, ensuring stock availability
  • Review sales performance and make recommendations
  • Continually assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend weekly promotions and markdown
  • Prepare and present KPI Reports

  • Experienced Merchandising Admin Assistant or Assistant Merchandiser
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of forecasting, stock management and supply chain processes
  • Commercially driven, analytical, and passionate about product
  • Ability to analyse and interpret large data sets
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
