Role Description
This is a rare hybrid role that sits at the heart of our commercial team, combining product merchandising with wholesale account support. You will play a pivotal part in planning, managing, and trading our range to hit agreed budgets and KPIs, while acting as a key day-to-day contact for our wholesale partners as we grow the brand internationally.
We are looking for an over-performer ready to step up someone currently in a Assistant Merch(AM), wholesale, or trading support role who has outgrown it and wants real ownership and ready for their next step. You will get genuine breadth here: WSSI, OTB, forecasting, partner relationships, and critical path, all in one seat. This is a performance-driven position within a small, energetic team with ambitious goals if you are passionate about making a significant contribution to a rising brand, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to accelerate your career.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the WSSI and OTB- forecasting, rebuys, promotions and markdown plans
- Analyse best & worst sellers and turn insight into trading action
- Build and present Sales & Buy Plans and lead weekly trade meetings
- Be the day-to-day contact for our wholesale partners
- Own the wholesale critical path and keep orders shipping on time
- Run partner trade check-ins and spot in-season top-up opportunities
