Embark on an exciting journey with Lemonade, a dynamic start-up dedicated to empowering individuals to be their best selves through comfortable yet boldly designed products. We celebrate diversity in every form, embracing every person, shape, size, and story. Join us as we continue to grow our brand, marking our place as the UK’s fastest growing lingerie brand.

Role Description

This is a rare hybrid role that sits at the heart of our commercial team, combining product merchandising with wholesale account support. You will play a pivotal part in planning, managing, and trading our range to hit agreed budgets and KPIs, while acting as a key day-to-day contact for our wholesale partners as we grow the brand internationally.

We are looking for an over-performer ready to step up someone currently in a Assistant Merch(AM), wholesale, or trading support role who has outgrown it and wants real ownership and ready for their next step. You will get genuine breadth here: WSSI, OTB, forecasting, partner relationships, and critical path, all in one seat. This is a performance-driven position within a small, energetic team with ambitious goals if you are passionate about making a significant contribution to a rising brand, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to accelerate your career.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
