Salary: £300,000 + Benefits
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
We are partnering with an established retail brand to find an Assistant Merchandiser who’s confident with trading, range planning, and making commercial decisions, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support commercial strategy across stores and online. The role would suit an experienced Merchandising Assistant looking to step up, or an existing Assistant Merchandiser looking for a new challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, maintain, and optimise range plans and line cards to support commercial objectives.
- Analyse stock and sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor stock levels and cover, taking proactive actions to maximise sales and minimise lost revenue.
- Ensure replenishment systems remain accurate, efficient, and fully up to date.
- Review weekly sales performance, support forecasting, and contribute to in-season trading adjustments.
- Prepare weekly trading data and coordinate timely distribution of sales reports to key stakeholders.
- Conduct promotional and product performance analysis to inform data-led commercial decisions.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, logistics, and field teams to ensure smooth stock flow and trading execution.
- Provide operational support by stepping in for the Merchandiser when needed.
