Assistant Merchandiser - Wholesale & Product
We are working with a fast-growing fashion brand who are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser - Wholesale & Product to join their growing team. They would also consider a part-time structure for the right person.
This is a rare hybrid role sitting at the heart of the commercial team, combining product merchandising with wholesale account support. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, managing and trading the range to achieve agreed budgets and KPIs, while also acting as a key day-to-day contact for wholesale partners as the brand continues to grow internationally.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently in an Assistant Merchandiser, wholesale or trading support role who is ready for their next step and looking for broader ownership across WSSI, OTB, forecasting, partner relationships and critical path within a fast-paced, ambitious start-up environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
