We’re seeking an Assistant Night Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North, an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role, ideally in night shift settings
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to interact with guests, staff, and management
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor the night team
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, even under pressure
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team

Your Responsibilities
You’ll focus on ensuring a seamless and exceptional night experience for guests while assisting the Night Manager. Core duties include:
- Delivering customer-focused service with an informed, friendly, and professional approach
- Supporting the Night Manager in overseeing hotel operations during night shifts
- Supervising staff, providing training, and offering support to the night team
- Completing and filing night shift reports and accurate handover documentation
- Ensuring health and safety compliance through regular checks and night walks
