About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Night Manager to join our team in this exciting role. Successful candidates will be ambitious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering excellence in hospitality.


The Person (Requirements)

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role, preferably in a night shift setting
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to interact confidently with staff and guests
  • A natural instinct for leadership and a hands-on approach
  • A true commitment to exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service: Ensure every guest experience is seamless, friendly, and proactive, aligning with our core values.
  • Support the Night Manager: Assist in overseeing night operations, including staffing, that all night duties are completed effectively.
  • Team leadership and training: Supervise the night shift team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and development.
  • Accurate reporting: Prepare and file night reports and shift handovers with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Health and safety compliance: Conduct regular safety checks and night walks to ensure adherence to all regulations.
