Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Night Manager located in Reading. The Assistant Night Manager is responsible for:

- Overseeing nightly operations
- Ensuring the security and safety of the hotel and its guests
- Handling guest queries and complaints
- Managing night staff
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
Other responsibilities include:
- Conducting nightly audits
- Preparing reports
- Supporting the Night Manager in all aspects of hotel management
Qualifications

- Customer Service and Guest Relations skills
- Leadership and staff management experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours
- Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
