As an Assistant Centre Director at Busy Bees, you will support the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Leicester Oadby is rated "Good" by Ofsted and accommodates 52 children. Opened in 2000, the purpose-built nursery is designed on a single level, offering a welcoming, friendly, and happy environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
- Develop and deliver a highly engaging, curriculum tailored for young learners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health, and safety standards.
- Lead mentorship to staff, fostering a motivated team environment.
- Uplift customer satisfaction through exceptional service and a positive experience for families.
- Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, recruitment, and operational records.
- Support financial planning to maintain centre sustainability.
Ideal Candidate
Must include:
- Approved Level 3 qualification (or above) in early years education.
- Prior experience in early years, with leadership (e.g., Assistant/Deputy Nursery Manager).
- Record of educational excellence and curriculum development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Compliance experience with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
