As an Assistant Centre Director at Busy Bees, you will support the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Centre Director in managing daily operations and educational standards.
- Lead curriculum development and delivery to meet children’s needs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (health & safety, Ofsted standards).
- Serve as a team leader/mentor to staff.
- Enhance parent satisfaction through outstanding service and engagement.
- Oversee administrative tasks (staff scheduling, payroll, recruitment).
- Manage financial records, operational oversight, and sustainability planning.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in early years education.
- Proven experience in early years leadership/supervision, ideally as an Assistant/Nursery Manager.
- Demonstrated educational excellence in curriculum design.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and regulatory protocols.
