Are you a passionate leader with a background in early childhood education and management? As an Assistant Centre Director at Busy Bees, you will support the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Director in managing day-to-day operations and upholding educational excellence
- Assist in curriculum design and delivery, ensuring a tailored, engaging learning experience for children
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards, health & safety, and safeguarding
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a cohesive and motivated workforce
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relations with families
- Handle administrative tasks (scheduling, payroll, recruitment)
- Manage financial planning and operational records
Ideal Candidate
✔ An approved Level 3 qualification (or higher) in early years education ✔ Experience in early years settings, ideally as an Assistant or Deputy Manager ✔ A track record of curriculum development and educational excellence ✔ Strong communication with a focus on teamwork and leadership ✔ Expertise in compliance with regulatory standards (*Ofsted, health & safety)
