Assistant Nursery Manager

Are you a passionate leader with a background in early childhood education and management? As an Assistant Centre Director at Busy Bees, you will support the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. Key Responsibilities

Support the Centre Director in:

  • Overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
  • Developing and delivering a high-quality, tailored curriculum for children.

Ensure compliance with:

  • Regulations.
  • Safety and health standards.

Leadership and mentorship:

  • Support a motivated, cohesive team.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Administrative responsibilities:

  • Scheduling.
  • Managing payroll.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts.

Operational and financial:

  • Manage operational records.
  • Support financial planning for sustainability.

Ideal Candidate

  • Complete an approved Level 3+ qualification in early years education.
  • Experience within early years settings, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g. Assistant/Deputy Nursery Manager).
  • Track record in educational excellence and curriculum development.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
  • Experience with:
    • Regulatory compliance.
    • Health and safety protocols.
