💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support Leadership & Daily Operations: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Deliver Outstanding Early Years Education: Support the development and delivery of a high-quality, engaging curriculum tailored to children’s individual needs.
- Ensure Compliance & Safeguarding: Maintain full compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe, secure environment.
- Lead, Motivate & Develop Staff: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to create a positive, high-performing team.
- Enhance Parent & Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with families, ensuring excellent communication and a welcoming environment.
- Support Nursery Administration: Assist with scheduling, payroll, recruitment, and general administrative tasks.
- Support Financial & Operational Performance: Maintain accurate records and assist with budgeting and planning to ensure long-term sustainability.

✅ About You
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Experience in a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager role (or similar leadership position)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
