Job Description

36 hrs per week, Mon-Thurs 09:00-17:00, Fri 09:00-16:45

About The Role

As an Assistant Operations Partner at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll support the Senior Operations Partner in driving efficient, customer-focused retail operations across the business. Working closely with teams across Merchandising and Retail, you’ll help build strong cross-functional relationships and support processes that improve productivity, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales performance.

You’ll play an important part in helping us to operate more efficiently and sustainably, supporting key operational projects including Stocktake, Labour Planning, Health & Safety, Finance Operations, Audit and Technology. From optimising stock movement to supporting operational best practice, your work will help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About You

You love to be ‘in the data’ and have an aptitude for data analysis and numbers, always ready to deep dive into reporting, creating, collating, and planning.

  • You move and react with pace and agility while communicating confidently both verbally and through presentations, ideally using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • You’re comfortable organising your own time as well as others.
  • You may have some Retail Operations exposure in your previous roles, and you’re excited by the opportunity to support complex retail and merchandising flow projects.
  • When it comes to efficiency, you will be working through details like PSS, Parcels, Stock Receipting, Sale pricing.
  • You’re accountable, curious, and have a solid work ethic, allowing you to operate autonomously. Whether supporting a new store opening, a relocation, or the day-to-day running of existing stores, you’re someone people can rely on to keep things moving, and to find the answer when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
