A Bit About What You Will Do...
The Assistant Outlet Manager embraces every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that will be remembered.
- Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
- Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
- Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
- Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.

Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you. A smart and professional appearance. Excellent communication skills. The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
