Exciting Assistant Practice Manager Position
Dental Beauty Islington (N1) – Monday-Friday, 40 Hours P/W, 8AM–8PM

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an Assistant Practice Manager to join their highly reputable, 18-surgery mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their leadership team, supporting the Manager, Steph, and three experienced Clinical Partners.
About the Role
This full-time, varied position offers significant scope for development and learning. You’ll contribute to aspects such as practice compliance, staffing rotas, and more, all while working alongside robust support from their corporate office functions and operational teams from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the dental practice, with an unwavering focus on patient safety
- Leading excellent practice compliance using their compliance software
- Ensuring high-quality patient care, strategic cost management, and performance targets aligned with company goals
- Providing direction and support to the team to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge
- Resolving issues promptly with the backing of their corporate support teams
- Supporting the leadership of staff training, development, performance reviews, recruitment, and management

Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience in dental management, such as as a practice manager from a 3–6 surgery practice, looking to progress
- Open to applications from candidates with management experience in other sectors, including retail, hospitality, or healthcare
- Strong compliance knowledge and ability to implement these standards effectively
- Experience in supporting cross-disciplinary team leadership to deliver frontline patient experiences
- Dental software experience is preferred, but not essential
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional patient care & customer service
