Assistant Practitioner/Supported Assistant Practitioner | 10934 | permanent contract | 18.5 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 pro rata per annum (G grade) or £29,064 to £31,022 pro rata per annum (F grade) | Grade F/G | Holt, North Norfolk

We're looking for a practitioner to join The Northern Learning Disabilities Team based in North Norfolk. Covering North Norfolk and Broadland, our service provides an integrated Health and Social Care approach to assessment and support in the community.
Norfolk County Council and Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) deliver together a single service for adults with a Learning Disability. We are an integrated Health and Social Care team providing specialist Learning Disability support to adults in the community.
About you
You will be able to work under pressure, be well organised, and able to effectively prioritise. You will need to have a positive attitude and enjoy finding creative and innovative solutions. You will have excellent communication skills, record-keeping, and keyboard skills. You should have a commitment to excellent customer service and multi-agency working. You will build strong partnerships with service users and their families, be ambitious about what people can achieve, and confidently explore ideas for positive outcomes.

What we offer
We will provide you with the opportunity to work in an exciting and fulfilling area of Social Care, with access to regular supervision and support from a multi-disciplinary management team. You will be provided with necessary training for the post and a commitment to continued professional development.

Our Supported Assistant Practitioners (Scale F) join our 9-month, bespoke support programme, enabling you to progress to an Assistant Practitioner role (Scale G) subject to satisfactory programme completion.
