Do you have a passion for Boxing and a talent for creating outstanding sports content? Sky Sports is looking for a creative and driven Assistant Producer to join our Multi Sports team.

Working across some of the biggest Boxing events in the UK and beyond, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality content for television, digital and social platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our fast-paced live production environment, collaborating with talented teams across Sky Sports to bring compelling stories and unforgettable sporting moments to life.

What you'll do:

  • Work primarily across our Boxing output but will contribute to other Multi sports content as required
  • Create high-quality video content for all platforms, including editorial features and creative music pieces
  • Work collaboratively with other AP’s on our biggest Boxing events, plus the wider teams in Sky Sports, Social, Digital, Creative SSN.
  • Work in the OB production trucks on our live shows and in galleries at Sky
  • Work effectively under pressure, reacting quickly and meeting tight deadlines in the live environment
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Set up and produce multi-camera ENG/studio shoots with on screen talent
  • Work in a talented and highly motivated production team and contribute to an inclusive and creative team culture

What you'll bring:

  • A strong interest in and knowledge of Boxing
  • Proven experience of working in live galleries and OB environments
  • Proven knowledge and experience of producing high-quality multi-platform content
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Good editorial and creative judgement
  • Excellent communication and decision making under pressure in a live environment

How you’ll work

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.

Your office base Osterley

Our Sky Group HQ. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and workspaces, there’s plenty of space to see your big ideas come to life. Here you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants and cafes. You can re-energise at our gym, catch the latest films at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon. Our Osterley Campus is just a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station, or you can get one of our free shuttle buses from Osterley, Gunnersbury and Ealing Broadway stations.
