Invogue is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Product Development Executive to join our innovative product development team. In this role, you will support the development of new products from concept through to launch, ensuring that our brand's vision and quality standards are met. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the beauty industry and eager to contribute to the creation of exciting new products. This is an office-based role, requiring you to be based at our headquarters in Ascot Business Park (SL5 9FE), from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Product Development Support: Assist in developing product concepts, formulations, and prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to inform development decisions Project Coordination: Help manage timelines and coordinate tasks across teams to ensure on-time product launches Documentation Management: Gather and organise essential documentation, including product specifications and regulatory compliance information Product Testing & Evaluation: Participate in product testing, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement Team Support: Support the Product Development Executive in the overall execution of product development projects Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Technical Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a passion for beauty and cosmetic products Experience: Previous experience in product development or a related role is an advantage Employee Benefits Package Annual Leave: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Loyalty Reward: Additional day’s holiday for each full year of service Pension Scheme: Company pension through NEST Health & Wellness: Access to a comprehensive wellness platform, including 24/7 confidential counselling Employee Discounts: Exclusive discounts on company products and partner retailers Learning & Development: Ongoing training opportunities and career development support Social Events: Regular team events, celebrations, and well-being activities Recognition & Rewards: Performance-based incentives and employee recognition schemes
