As an Assistant Product Manager for Outdoor Products, you’ll help drive innovation across EMEA and ANZ, working with leading brands like BLACK+DECKER, DEWALT, and STANLEY. You’ll support groundbreaking categories such as walk-behind lawnmowers, robotic solutions, chore products, and outdoor accessories.

Ideal for a commercially savvy early-career professional who loves solving customer pain points and bringing exciting products to market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full product lifecycle across our Outdoor Products portfolio (EMEA & ANZ)
  • Assist in product planning, market research, concept development, and launches
  • Research customer and end-user needs to uncover unmet opportunities
  • Collaborate with brand, commercial, supply chain, engineering, and regional teams
  • Act as an ambassador for the product range, driving engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with trade marketing and cross-functional teams to execute launches and go-to-market strategies

Person Specification

We’re looking for passionate early-career professionals with:

✅ Relevant graduate or junior professional experience (or recent graduate) ✅ Strong interest in product management or consumer goods (especially outdoor/related categories) ✅ Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel and PowerPoint) ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and functions ✅ Commercially minded—enthusiastic about product performance and customer value ✅ Collaborative, with experience working in cross-functional teams across international markets ✅ Full UK driving licence preferred
