Assistant Product Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Product Manager to join a collaborative Product team supporting the transformation of a global technology platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in product management, working alongside experienced Product Managers, Engineers and Operations teams to help deliver large-scale business and technology change.

You'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle while working in an Agile environment focused on delivering real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to support the delivery of new capabilities and ongoing product enhancements.
  • Support Product Owners with day-to-day product management activities, including writing and refining user stories, backlog refinement, prioritisation and providing clarity to delivery teams.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret business and stakeholder requirements to help shape product features and delivery priorities.
  • Monitor business, operational and product trends to provide insights that support product decisions.
  • Track delivery progress and key performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve product outcomes and team effectiveness.
  • Prepare clear updates, reports and presentations for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks and delivery milestones.
  • Contribute ideas to improve ways of working, including the responsible use of automation, AI and modern product tools.
  • Play an active role in delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
