The School of Information and Library Science (SILS) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an assistant professor in the area of user experience/human-computer interaction.

We welcome applicants with expertise in design methodologies such as:

  • Participatory design, co-design, inclusive design, service design, usability testing, and other user-centered approaches
  • Critical design, speculative design, and other reflective approaches
  • Research through design
