The Vacancy
The MTC’s mission is to provide its client base with innovative manufacturing systems solutions that transform the capabilities of industrial, government and regional clients and collectively deliver MTC’s purpose of having a positive impact on society.
This role will involve being responsible for the delivery of projects (Internal/external). This will include the coordinated organisation, direction and implementation of a number of activities to achieve outputs, outcomes and realise benefits of strategic importance to the MTC.

In addition:
- Proven capabilities in all aspects of the role of Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer or equivalent role within Programmes function
- Ability to manage small projects autonomously
- Clear leadership potential to drive medium sized and potentially larger projects
- Ability to demonstrate team leadership (whether indirect or direct)
- An organised yet flexible approach with the ability to influence/deliver through others
- A natural investigatory nature with strong analytical skills
- Generally able to resolve problems, but sometimes requiring validation of plans to resolve
- Demonstrable knowledge of PMP and PMO
- Results driven self-starter with a positive CAN-DO approach focusing on solutions rather than problems
- Embraces personal and professional development
