Assistant Property Manager
Location: The Acorn Group Head Office – Bromley, Kent Brand: Acorn Salary: Competitive Salary Package Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM Fixed Term Contract: 6 months (possible conversion to permanent)

Job Summary And Key Responsibilities
Our Block Management Division oversees a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and housing developments, ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients. Team members are selected for their professionalism, dedication, and ambition.

Duties Include:
- Liaising with clients, leaseholders, residents, service providers, and tradespeople
- Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repairs
- Managing and renewing service contracts
- Progressing insurance claims
- Approving invoices
- Reviewing risk assessments
- Assessing site inspection reports
- Providing administrative support to Estate Managers
Skills Required
- Strong numeracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
- Experience in customer service or property management is advantageous but not essential
- Open to graduates or school-college leavers with potential
