BTC Lettings Midlands is looking for an organised, confident, and proactive Lettings Agent / Property Manager to join our growing team.
This is a varied role involving office-based work and property appointments across Coventry and the surrounding areas.

- Conduct property viewings
- Carry out inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
- Meet landlords and communicate with tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
- Manage tenancy documents and property records
- Respond to enquiries and support the lettings process
- Assist with rent arrears and general administration
Requirements
- Previous lettings, property management, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle
