We're looking for an Assistant Block Manager to join a well-established property management team in Brighton. This is a great opportunity for someone with some block management or property experience who wants to build a career in the sector.
The role:
- Supporting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Handling leaseholder and resident queries by phone and email
- Arranging maintenance and repairs, and liaising with contractors
- Assisting with site inspections
- Helping prepare service charge budgets and section 20 notices
- General admin support across the portfolio

What we're looking for:
- Some experience in block management, lettings or a property-related role
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Well organised, with good attention to detail
- Comfortable managing your own workload in a busy office
- Working towards (or willing to work towards) IRPM/TPI qualifications is a plus
