Assistant Property Manager – North London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
Looking to build your career in residential property management?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded property business, seeking a proactive, organised Assistant Property Manager to join their busy Property Management team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with residential property experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You'll play a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the department, with a strong administrative focus covering legal documentation, management packs, service charge administration, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day department operations
- Preparing and coordinating legal documentation and management packs
- Assisting with service charge administration
- Liaising with leaseholders, clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal systems
- Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting compliance and general property management administration
- Helping the wider team deliver an excellent standard of customer service

About You
- Previous experience in residential property — Property Management, Estate Management, Lettings Administration, or similar — or a background in legal support/paralegal work would also be considered
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative ability, with high accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive approach, comfortable prioritising a varied workload
- Good IT skills, ideally with experience using property management software
- Experience with legal documentation, management packs, or service charge administration is highly advantageous
