Exciting Opportunity
Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Cannock. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, and we are offering a salary of £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience.
Role Overview
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Assisting the property managers on an allocated portfolio
- Managing relationships with all parties including clients, leaseholders, tenants, contractors, and onsite personnel
- Ensuring that issues that arise are managed effectively to secure the best outcome
- Attending client meetings, whether within normal working hours, or by agreement out of hours
- Achieving an understanding of budgets, expenditure, and service charge debts of the clients’ properties
- Gaining an understanding of the major works process and assisting with the Section 20 notice requirements.
- Undertaking inspections to ensure the properties are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition in line with the requirements of the management agreement and any agreed maintenance schedules
